The “Saucy Meal Prep” is her personal protocol of organic, adaptogenic, and ready-to-go meals, elixirs, and sweets that make eating healthy a piece of cake.
Every three months you will receive a new preference sheet with seasonal menu options to choose from. Your weekly meal prep delivery will be a curated selection of your chosen items.

Our fish is sustainably sourced from Seatopia, an ASC & Marine Stewardship Council certified sustainable seafood company that third-party lab tests all of their fish for toxicity.
Our meat is always 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised, and sourced from both certified and non-certified organic farms that uphold the highest level of integrity for sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and humane farming practices. All food scraps are com- posted, containers are glass lock & reusable, and food packaging is recycled so you feel good about your carbon footprint.
Food deliveries are available Monday evenings for drops between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Delivery fees may apply.
Containers are property of Saucy Productions and should be washed and returned at least 24 hours before your prep day. Containers are usually swapped when your next meal prep is dropped.
